What you define

Pipelines, with their stages
A pipeline per thing you sell or place, each with its own stages in your own words. A stage is added, renamed or removed without anyone rebuilding anything.
- A franchisor Enquiry, territory check, discovery day, financials, signed franchisee.
- A car dealer Lead, test drive booked, trade-in valued, finance approved, delivery.
- A recruiter Application, screened, client submission, interview, offer, placement.
Custom fields on contacts and deals
Text, number, currency, date, checkbox or a list you write. A field you add appears wherever that record is shown, is filtered and sorted like any other, and comes out in the export.
- Marked required and refused on save when it is empty.
- Kept in order you set, not the order they were created.
- Named by a slug, so a field renamed later keeps its values.
